Cancellation Policy

We want all of our members to be satisfied with their experience at our gym. Please review our cancellation policy for memberships:

Monthly Memberships:

  • Holds: Holds can only be placed on monthly memberships.

  • Cancellation Notice: To cancel your monthly membership, you must provide a 30-day notice.

  • Cancellation Methods: You may submit your cancellation notice in person, via email, or by phone. Please ensure you provide all necessary account information to avoid any delays.

 

6-Month & 1-Year Memberships:

  • Cool-Off Period: You have a 10-day cool-off period from the start of your membership to request a full refund. After this period, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.

  • Membership Duration: Once the cool-off period has ended, your 6-month or 1-year membership will continue until the term is completed. You cannot cancel your membership early after the cool-off period, and it will run its full course.

  • Cancellation Notice: While early cancellation is not allowed, if you need to make any changes at the end of your membership term, you must provide a 30-day notice before the renewal date.

  • Cancellation Methods: You may submit your notice in person, via email, or by phone with complete account details.

 

Key Tags:

  • Key tags must be returned once your membership expires. Failure to return your key tag may result in an additional fee.

Failed Payments:

  • If the last payment on your account is not collected due to a failed payment, you will need to pay the outstanding fee before you can sign up again for a new membership at 247 Fitness Amherstview. Any unpaid balances must be cleared in full prior to rejoining.
