Molly’s Gentle Hatha Yoga program offers a peaceful and nurturing space for individuals of all levels to explore the art of yoga at their own pace. This class combines gentle stretching, strengthening, and balancing, and are fantastic for all levels of yogis. Molly has been leading classes for several years.
